Adam Harrison, the second son of Rick Harrison, the star of the hit reality show Pawn Stars, passed away on Friday, January 20, 2024, from a suspected drug overdose. He was 39 years old.

Adam, who was not featured on the show, preferred to stay away from the limelight and the family’s pawn shop business. He reportedly worked as a plumber and had a low-key life.

The news of his death shocked and saddened his family, friends, and fans, who took to social media to express their condolences and grief. Rick Harrison shared a heartfelt tribute to his son on Instagram, writing, “You will always be in my heart! I love you Adam.”

The Las Vegas Metro Police Department is investigating the circumstances surrounding Adam’s death, but the details are yet to be revealed. The family has requested privacy as they mourn their loss.

Adam’s death is the latest tragedy to hit the Harrison family, who lost their patriarch, Richard “The Old Man” Harrison, in June 2018 at the age of 77.

Pawn Stars, which premiered in 2009, follows the daily operations of the Gold & Silver Pawn Shop in Las Vegas, run by Rick, his son Corey, and their late grandfather Richard. The show is one of the most popular and longest-running reality shows on the History Channel.
